Trident Apps Q1: Product, Growth and Key Changes — 5 Questions to the Head of Product

What changed in Trident Apps in Q1 2026: product growth, Android and PWA performance, team restructuring and key challenges in the affiliate market.

The first quarter at Trident Apps was about growth, product restructuring and shifting approaches.

We spoke with the Head of Product about what actually changed in Q1 and where the product is heading next.

How would you оцените Q1 for Trident Apps? What was the key outcome?

It was a strong period.

If we compare December to March, we grew 3x.

The key points: we stabilized app production, actively moved into in-app traffic sources (Moloco, TikTok), and shifted the team’s mindset.

Which product направления grew the fastest?

Android remains our core product and main growth driver.

PWA comes next — it’s a high-quality product that’s currently delivering some of the best results on the market.

Our attribution system also saw strong growth. Other teams started активно renting it, and demand was so high that we even had to temporarily pause onboarding new clients.

What is the main challenge in building products for the affiliate market today?

There are several.

First — finding a new “pain point” for media buyers once the basic ones are already solved.

Today, buyers often say everything is “fine”. But every few months, new solutions appear and shift the market. The key is to be among those who create them.

Second — delivering additional ROI.

The market has changed: many teams now operate at break-even and rely on delayed returns. That means the product must реально impact performance.

In 2025, we improved the product by 41%, but competition and auction pressure also increased.

It’s a constant race — if you’re not getting better, you quickly lose clients.

Has your approach to product development changed over the past year?

Yes.

We split the product into separate направления: Android, iOS, PWA, ATT, Push and Cloaking. Each has its own product owner and goals.

At the same time, all departments became independent business units.

This allows us to better track efficiency — who spends what and what results they generate.

If briefly — what is the core of Trident Apps infrastructure today?

Right now, it’s Android apps — the backbone of the entire system.

But with current changes, PWA, iOS and B2B products are catching up quickly.

Conclusion

Q1 showed a simple thing:

it’s not about who has more tools — it’s about who adapts faster and delivers results for the buyer.

That’s exactly what the Trident Apps product is being built around today.
